June wants to go to law school and, after graduation and passing the state bar, she hopes to practice law. While in law school, she knows she will complete an internship, hopefully with the state's district attorney's office, and she eventually wants to practice criminal law. As a criminal lawyer, she wonders how she would gain experience, make enough money, and defend the rights of lower-income clients. However, she would eventually like to become a trial judge in a state court. What are the avenues she may pursue?
