o The report should be easy to read, answer the referral questions, include recommendations, and be free of jargon.
• Client feedback
o This is a meeting where the examiner provides the results of the evaluation with the client.
o Purpose is to provide client with information about test findings, conclusions about findings, and recommendations for treatment or intervention.
o Can be a good opportunity to explain nature of the client’s problems to the client and his or her spouse, family, and so on.
o This can be a powerful and therapeutic experience for the client and clinician.
o Providing feedback to the client is an ethical obligation per the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing.
