What are the arguments for and against allowing children of undocumented immigrants who are not U.S. citizens to attend colleges and universities?

What will be an ideal response?

Against include they may take places and use up tax revenues intended for
citizens. They broke the law and should not be given rewards for being here illegally.
For include these children did not willingly break any law and should therefore not be
shut out of the major route to economic advancement. Also, having an uneducated
population will harm all of us. If everyone is given the opportunity to reach their
potential, the entire population benefits through lower crime, more tax revenue, and
fewer economic resources being drained by the unemployed and the poor.
