List and describe the six love style preferences

What will be an ideal response?

1. Eros: Passionate love; strongly driven by physical attraction, passion, and emotions. The erotic lover believes in "love at first sight" and has an ideal mate in mind; when they believe they have met that person, they get very excited.
2. Ludus: Playful love; tending to see love as fun, so the ludic lover will have a series of affairs over time and/or simultaneously.
3. Storge: Compassionate love; developing affection and commitment over time as the storgic lovers get to know one another and assess their similarities and commonalities.
4. Pragma: Practical love; driven by compatibility and sensibility of mate choice.
5. Mania: Possessive love; experiencing love as an all-encompassing, obsessive event. Manic lovers can be insecure, jealous, dependent, and fearful of losing their partners. Ironically, they can also hold back their emotions from their loved ones for fear of being neglected.
6. Agape: Altruistic, selfless love; it is the least common type of love and is associated with spirituality and the willingness to make personal sacrifices for the mate, even when the mate is demonstrating behaviors that make it difficult to love him or her.
