Do your state’s attorney rules of professional conduct have any rules or guidelines specifically addressed to the use of paralegals?

What will be an ideal response?

Not all states have separate guidelines concerning the use of paralegals/legal assistants. When they do, usually the guidelines are a combination of the ABA Guidelines for the Utilization of Legal Assistant Services, and either the NALA or NFPA rules. However, in those jurisdictions that have adopted the
ABA Model Rules, then the use of paralegals/legal assistants is discussed implicitly in
Model Rule 5.3.
