Did the suspect admit to any part of the alleged crime?

What will be an ideal response?

The suspect does not need to admit to any part of a crime to be placed under arrest. The most common type of arrest is that which follows the questioning of a suspect. After a decision to arrest is reached, the officer must come to the conclusion that a crime has been committed and that the suspect is probably the one who committed it.
