Joint speed refers to the stickiness, or stiffness, of a joint. A joint with a low
joint speed value will be sluggish. A joint with a high joint speed value will be
more responsive. You can set the joint speed value for any selected joint in the
Properties panel. The joint speed doesn’t affect the actual animation; it only
affects how the armature responds to the way you pose it on the Stage, making
it easier to move.
