When is a formal review of the subcontractor's performance appropriate and how is it performed?

What will be an ideal response?

Part of the postproject review should contain a formal review of the subcontractor's performance. This should be in the form of a written report, detailing how the subcontractor performed, who the foreman was, what problems occurred, and how these problems were resolved. Both the quality of the subcontractor's work and the safety practices of the crews should be included on the form and in the discussion. The subcontractor's evaluations can be used for selecting subcontractors for future projects.
