Why does excessive positive camber wear the outside edges of the tire tread?

What will be an ideal response?

When a front wheel has excessive positive camber, the wheel is tilted outward, and the vehicle weight is concentrated on the outside edge of the tire. Under this condition, the outside edge of the tire has a smaller diameter than the inside tire edge. Therefore, the outside edge must complete more revolutions to travel the same distance. Since both edges are on the same tire, the outside edge must slip and scuff on the road surface as the tire revolves.
