What are the benefits and the stressors to the adults in a dual-employed family?

What will be an ideal response?

In the dual-employed family, parents play many roles such as worker, parent and marital partner. The benefits of having these roles can be a sense of accomplishment, financial gains and enhanced self-esteem. The challenges in balancing those roles can become stressors. These may include role overload or role conflict, and differences in how both parents prioritize their roles.
