What is the difference between process and results measures?
What will be an ideal response?
Processes are the activities that must take place in order to produce a product or provide a service. Since processes are how organizations do the work that they do, process measures monitor operational activities or how the work is done. Results relate to both organizations and their customers. To an organization, results are the objectives the organization wants to achieve. From a customer point of view, results represent what they hope to obtain by doing business with the organization, whether it be through a product or a service. Performance measures related to organizational results focus on strategic intent.
