Please explain the relevance of ABC single-subject design.
What will be an ideal response?
Ans: The ABC research design is relevant when the desired change in client’s behavior is not effected in the first treatment period. Instead of discounting the client’s case, a second treatment is provided with this research design in which a single client is measured several times before treatment begins and several times during the first treatment period followed by several measurements during a second treatment period in which the treatment has been changed.
