What will be an ideal response?

The tip of a Phillips screwdriver has two tapered crossing blades which fit the four slots in a Phillips screw. A Pozidriv screwdriver is similar to a Phillips but provides a more positive connection between the driver and the screw. The tip is flatter and blunter than a Phillips screwdriver.
