How are cellulose and starch similar and how do they differ? What will be an ideal response?

ANS:Both
cellulose and starch are complex carbohydrates - long chains of monomers. As well, both are
found in plants. However, cellulose is a structural molecule which is not easily digested (hydrolyzed),
while starch is an energy-storage molecule that is easily hydrolyzed.
