What is the process involved in replacing a coolant hose?

When a coolant hose is to be replaced, first drain off coolant to a level below the height of the hose. Then remove the hose clamp used to fasten the hose to its connection. If the hose clamp is corroded and cannot be removed, cut it off with side cutters or tin snips.
