What will be an ideal response?
It is important to gain the attention of your audience at the beginning of your speech. If you don’t have their attention in the beginning, you never will gain the audience’s attention. It is important to include your central idea, or thesis, in your introduction. Another portion of your introduction is explaining the importance of your topic. Giving a preview of your main points is the fourth item to include in your introduction. Through all of this, you should also work to establish credibility.
