Describe why adult development and aging is best examined from a multiple forces perspective.

What will be an ideal response?

To understand the complete aging person, one must examine the biological, psychological, sociocultural, and life-cycle aspects of their lives. Furthermore, the person's culture and historical time must be taken into account as well. This multiple forces approach gives a more complete view of aging over time. Focusing on one or even two of these forces would give an incomplete view of an individual.
