1. Members should share their unique perspectives and information, and refrain from any behavior that might inhibit other members from doing the same. To gain maximum benefit from a group, all members must feel free to share facts, beliefs, and opinions.
2. You need to contribute your fair share of work. If any member does not put group ahead of self, the entire group suffers and poor work is done.
3. Ethical interpersonal behavior has understanding others as its goal and strengthens each member's sense of personal identity. This will enhance each member's capacity to contribute and ensure mutual understanding.
4. Every member should seek all available information and respond to it with both an open mind and critical thinking. Otherwise, poor decisions are likely to result from a lack of information or poor reasoning that reflects personal biases. (2 points each for up to 8 points)
