What will be an ideal response?
Firing is the most frequently reported form of racial discrimination in the workplace. Seemingly neutral policies such as "last hired, first fired" at many workplaces are more likely to affect women and people of color who have only recently made inroads into many occupations. Another situation that affects minorities is the fact that some of their coworkers may inaccurately view them as the beneficiaries of affirmative action. This view, whether it is accurate or not, may make them the target of sexual or racial harassment in the workplace.
