Live migrations allow a virtual machine to be moved from one host to another while it's still running without interruption. The number of simultaneous migrations allowed can be set for this feature, as well as where migrations can come from on the network. Storage migrations are similar to live migrations, but only move the storage of your virtual machine while it's running, not the entire virtual machine. This feature also allows the number of simultaneous storage migrations to be configured.
