What will be an ideal response?


the group leader reads specially prepared stories or poems to the children in the group. The children then give their reactions to what happened, and the aggressive nature of a response by a character is discussed along with the circumstances surrounding it. The idea is to generate within the group alternative ways of behaving or to call to the attention of group members that the actions taken in the story were not appropriate. Thus there are sensitizing as well as an informational elements and new ways of thinking and acting are generated.
