Summarize why CRM is more than just technology and must be embraced on an enterprise wide level, along with the types of things an organization can determine when using a CRM system.

What will be an ideal response?

CRM is not just technology, but a strategy, process and business goal that an organization must embrace
on an enterprise wide level. If an organization does not embrace CRM on an enterprise wide level, they
will have a difficult time gaining a complete view of its customers. CRM can enable an organization to
identify types of customers, design specific marketing campaigns tailed to each individual customer and
understand customer buying behaviors.
