Discuss the relationship between Igneous and Metamorphic rocks
What will be an ideal response?
Answer: A metamorphic rock could melt into magma and then later crystallize to form an igneous rock. A metamorphic rock could also morph again, later melting, then hardening and crystallizing to form an igneous rock. An igneous rock, under heat and pressure, could change properties and morph into a metamorphic rock.
