What is the difference between custom and mass-produced products?

What will be an ideal response?

When something is designed for one person, we call it a custom product.Custom products can include the relatively rare professional bicycle and space suit or much more commonly used products such as a tailored shirt or dress suit, or custom-made furniture. All custom products are more expensive than mass-produced products. Mass-produced products are designed for a broad range of consumers and as such are less expensive to produce and sell. A house designed for a very tall professional basketball player may have custom doorways with more than a seven-foot-high clearance.
