Frank has been hired by Pinter Auto Body Repair to improve Pinter's business website by adding some new photos and effects.  Allen Pinter, owner of the shop, has asked Frank to add pictures of cars before and after they were repaired. In addition, Allen told Frank that he would like the site to be more visually interesting than it currently is.  Frank spent three weeks taking digital photos and has loaded them to his hard drive.

Frank wants to give the site a special look, so he attempts to create an animation that morphs the before and after pictures for each vehicle.  Unfortunately, the frames move too quickly, ruining the slow morphing effect he had wanted.  How could frank fix the problem?
