What is ephebephilia? How common is it?
What will be an ideal response?
Ephebephilia is defined as sexual arousal by youth. In its mild forms, ephebephilia is very common,
as it is a typical male behavior; most males prefer younger partners. However, if this preference
becomes very strict, it can prevent long-term relationships, marital fidelity, or even turn into illegal
behavior (if one is attracted by children).
