Parole/probation officer recognizes a condition of parole has been violated, PO makes arrest or turns it over to an officer for an arrest, PO write a report documenting the reasons for revocation, a determination of probable cause is shown or not will cause the case to move forward or not, revocation hearing is held, determination over sufficient evidence/rule breaking to revoke probation, is evidence trustworthy, a decision to revoke or not is made by the judge.
