Why is water important to body cells?

What will be an ideal response?

Water bathes the inside and outside of every cell, it helps maintain body temperature, acts as a lubricant and protective cushion, and delivers nutrients and oxygen to the cells. Water is essential to the body because it cannot be made in the body, and it is needed by every body cell. Water does not provide nutrients but it is critical for body functions.
