Explain the di?erence between STATIC and KEYSET_DRIVEN cursors.

What will be an ideal response?

STATIC cursors e?ectively make a copy of the result set and scroll through that copy. Thus they cannot see any subsequent changes to the result set. KEYSET_DRIVEN cursors return pointers to the items in the result set and can see subsequent changes to those tuples. Also KEYSET_DRIVEN cursers can be used to update data while STATIC cursors cannot.
