What do employees and organizations want from their leaders?
What will be an ideal response?
Student answers will vary but should demonstrate understanding of what employees and organizations want from their leaders. Organizations need people at all levels to be leaders. They need leaders throughout the organization to do the things that their people want, but also to help create and implement strategic direction. Thus organizations place people in formal leadership positions so these leaders will achieve not their personal goals, but the organization's goals.
