Why is it useful to move the origin of the coordinate system to make good use of ordinate dimensioning? What option to do this is available in the QDIM command?

What will be an ideal response?

Ordinate dimensions are measured relative to a point of origin. By moving the origin of the coordinate system to a point in the drawing, you can create ordinate dimensions relative to that point. In QDIM you do this by selecting the datum point option and then picking a point.
