Explain the significance of the Constitution in describing the role of the Supreme Court of the United States
What will be an ideal response?
The constitutional establishment of authority for a federal judiciary is found in Article 3 . The Constitution itself is a rather brief document, intended to set forth the framework of the new government, rather than to provide lengthy specifics that others would find themselves having the responsibility of developing. It should not surprise us that this article is brief and to the point as well. Article 3 of the U.S. Constitution ordains: "The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish."
