At the beginning of the day/operative session, the theatre staff should perform a damp dust of the equipment (OR table, trolleys etc) to remove any dust that has settled overnight. Staff should also check that the theatre and its furnishings are clean and functioning.
Check theatre lights are clean and in good working order.
