The easiest way to retrieve data from a particular webpage on a regular basis is to create a customized web query. Here are the steps:?1.  Click the Data tab.?2. Click the From Web button in the Get External Data group (or click the Get External Data button and click the From Web button).?3.  In the Address text box in the New Web Query dialog box, type the address of the web page from which you want to retrieve data, then click Go.?4.  Click the yellow arrows next to the information you want to bring into a worksheet or click the upper-left arrow to import the entire page, verify that the information that you want to import has a green checkmark next to it, then click Import.?5.  The Import Data dialog box opens and allows you to specify where you want the imported data to appear in the worksheet or workbook.?6. You can save a query for future use by clicking the Save Query button n the New Web Query dialog box before you click Import. The query is saved as a file with an .iqy file extension.
