Explain how we can fail to reject the null hypothesis and yet still have a moderate or even strong effect size.
What will be an ideal response?
Ans: Smaller samples make it more difficult to reject the null hypothesis; however, the effect size could still be moderate or strong with a small sample size because its calculation is less dependent on sample size than is the test of the null hypothesis.
