What will be an ideal response?

Essay should include:

There are a number of risk factors associated with coronary heart disease (CHD). The first is family history. People who have a family history of CHD are more likely to develop CHD themselves. The second is physiological conditions. Individuals who are obese, who have high serum cholesterol levels and who have hypertension are at higher risk for CHD. The third risk factor is patterns of consumption. Overeating, heavy drinking and smoking are also risk factors for CHD. Fourth, there is some research that suggests that those with Type A behavior patterns may be more prone to CHD. The fifth factor is being prone to anger. Those who are prone to anger are about three times more likely than others to develop CHD. How does this work? The stress hormones connected with anger can constrict blood vessels to the heart, leading to a heart attack. Research indicates that chronically hostile individuals also tend to have higher cholesterol levels, which then increases the risk of heart attacks. Sixth, jobs with high strain but low personal control are associated with CHD. Seventh, there are a number of psychological variables, such as depression, anxiety and stress, which are associated with CHD. The eighth factor is sudden stressors, such as earthquakes. Sudden stressors tend to result in higher rates of heart attacks. Finally, being physically inactive is a risk factor for CHD.
