Explain the phrase “We can only know our experience of the world—nothing more.”

What will be an ideal response?

Narrative therapy follows a belief system that states that despite feeling that we can related to someone else’s experience or believing that we know what they have experienced, we can only experience the world through our own perspective. Whenever we attempt to understand someone else’s experience, we are interpreting it.
