Students should briefly explain their primary responsibilities in their allied health specialty. They should describe how they fit into the "big picture" of the health care team, including how they will depend upon the work of other professionals and how other professionals will depend upon the student's work. This can be done either on the smaller scale of the individual health care facility or physicians' office, or on a large scale that considers the relationships and interdependencies among various types of health care facilities within the community.
