What will be an ideal response?
Work for hire is a person employed to produce a specific work, such as a
speechwriter. Once the work is produced, the work for hire is paid for his/her service but the
hiring agency, organization, or so forth retains the rights to the work. Fair use is a legal concept
meaning that a limited and finite portion of a work can be used in another work. This is often
seen in education and research.
