Why is being aware of the time, and making members aware of the time, important when conducting and processing exercises?
What will be an ideal response?
Being aware of the time, and making members aware of the time, is important when conducting exercises so members can decide how to pace themselves in completing the activity, whether it is written or discussion based. This also gives members the opportunity to be more prepared to process the discussion. For leaders, being aware of the time allows for adjustments to be made when necessary to allow for adequate completion and processing. Allowing ample time to process the exercise allows discussion to go to deep and meaningful levels and for members to benefit from the exercise.
