Why is narrowcasting an issue in society today?

What will be an ideal response?

Years ago there were few media organizations that allowed for a broad showing of the news, currently we have many media organizations that can portray facts and news the way they see fit, taking objectivity out of the news media. This is known as narrowcasting. Narrowcasting pushes out the facts in a way that demographics want to absorb them. If you have a conservative audience, news will be portrayed in a conservative way. Same if you have a liberal watch base. Narrowcasting shows what the audience wants to see, rather than what the complete story is.
