Typically, a classroom contains students who, collectively, exhibit several learning styles. As a reflective teacher you must be flexible enough to learn to use a variety of instructional methods so that each student's strength may be addressed at some point during instruction. A reflective teacher employs an artistic approach by being flexible in her instructional methods in order to be considerate of the diverse needs and interests of all students.
