Page 10: "What do you put in your coffee?" This is a closed question, assuming that MK puts something in her coffee.

Page 10: "Do you put mayonnaise on your hamburger?" Closed question. The RD could have pursued amounts eaten, talked about the possibility of eating fruit in the school cafeteria, encouraged salads with more vegetables, cheese etc.

Good Points:
1 . Many open ended questions. 2 . Picking up on excess of caffeine. 3 . Using a typical day. 4 . Food frequency at the end. 5 . Clinical analysis.
