Explain the different facets of job enrichment and behavior modification
Job enrichment is a method of motivating employees by providing them with variety in their tasks while giving them some responsibility for, and control over, their jobs. Through job enrichment, employees may gain new skills and acquire a perspective of how their job fits into the whole of the organization. Behavior modification uses punishment and rewards to achieve desirable actions of employees. Rewards are considered more beneficial and effective than punishment.
