Describe how online offers can be made and accepted.

What will be an ideal response?

Generally, the terms of an online offer should be just as comprehensive as the terms in an offer made in a paper document. All possible contingencies should be anticipated and provided for in an offer. Because jurisdictional issues often arise with online transactions, dispute-settlement provisions, such as arbitration clauses, are frequently used in electronic contracts. The offer should be easily readable and clear. The offer should also include some kind of mechanism, such as an acceptance box ("I agree" or "I accept" box) for the customer to accept the offer.
