What data should be included on an identification card placed at a crime scene for photographing? Where should it be placed?

What will be an ideal response?

The data that should be included on the identification card should be limited to that which is minimally necessary for authentication and identification, such as the photographer's initials, and when not automatically imprinted on the film or videotape, the date and time. Any additional information may create problems for the officer at the time of trial.
The identification card should be strategically placed in the scene to avoid a possible allegation that it is hiding some detail of the crime scene. The preferred course is to place the card within camera range in either the lower right- or left-hand corner.
