Kcals could be from 3000 up depending on size of servings. Protein could be over 100 g, depending on the serving size. This would be too much kcals and protein. [I do not look for specific numbers here, but for gross amounts to see if the students can tell if someone is slightly, moderately, or greatly overeating, etc.]
