What will be an ideal response?

Answers will vary but should include some or all of the following points:
Team members will not appreciate it if you are not there when you are most needed, during the busiest season. A regular staff member of a dental practice who is away on vacation during a busy time of year can throw the office into chaos and cost it time and money. A temporary replacement will not be as effective as the office's regular administrator, and since a busy season means a lot of patients, this can cause numerous problems with scheduling, office management, and the ability to locate patient files in a timely manner. Your team members will be spending their time trying to do your job as well as their own, and this will mean less available time to treat patients.
