Feedback:
MEDLINE® covers about 5000 medical, nursing, and health journals and has more than 21 million records. MEDLINE® can be accessed for free on the Internet at the PubMed website. In a search conducted by the authors, the list of records in the two PubMed and CINAHL searches overlapped considerably, but new references were found in each search. After you have found a study that is a good exemplar of what you are looking for, you usually can search for similar studies in the database. In PubMed, for example, after identifying a key study, you could click on "Related Citations" on the right of the screen to locate similar studies.
