Reducing the amount of human input can decrease the risks associated with a system's reliability. Why is this so? Why is this not always the best solution?

What will be an ideal response?

Human reliability is much lower than technological reliability because human error is almost impossible to predict. Therefore relying less on human input decreases system reliability risks. However, removing human input is not always the best solution because human judgment may be critical in handling some cases where technology fails. Additionally, humans are inevitably involved in the design and manufacture of system components.
